12’ overall length, 104.5” (8.7’) body length, 78” wide, 795 lbs. empty, sleeps two; floor plan like the 2006 Sportliner Standard.  Hard sides are easy to put up and down, bubble windows on two sides, openable vent, side windows with screens slide open, curtains, front gravel guard, 2-burner propane stove, 3-way Dometic refrigerator, sink, Coleman travel toilet. Comfortable cushions with color-coordinated rugs, table converts to base for double bed, low-mileage tires with spares, stabilizer jacks, tongue jack with wheel, lots of storage, electric fan and heater, stabilizer bar.  Initial CA license 4JB7731 cost $607.00 in 2009.  Price:  firm $6,000.

This is my adaptation as a solo traveler:  push the back seat cushion forward, support the edge, and use a smaller table (same height as original).  Sleep inside a comforter "taco."  Table and bed linens not included in sale.  The color-coordinated rugs are included.

Also included are the original owner's manual, warranty, title documents, service records, etc.
